Returns/Exchanges:

Returns/Exchanges must be done within 20 days of your order date. Returns being made after 20 days will result in no refund, and is a final sale. All products must be in new condition, unworn, and undamaged. Along with this, products must be returned within original packaging. All returns will be inspected once received. Failing an inspection will result in no refund. If returned products pass our inspection a refund will be made. Please allow at least 4 days for a refund to be completed. Check your bank account before reaching out. 

Customers/consumers are responsible for paying all return fees and supplies.

Please reach out to info@ways-of-travel.com with your name, order number, address, and reason for return! Please title email subject to “Return”. 

We will give you further instruction within email once you reach out.

Privacy:

All information shared to us by customer/consumer is kept 100% confidential between Ways of Travel and said customer/consumer. Information is not shared with any 3rd party companies. 

Note: We do reserve the right to share any and all information with our payment processor PayPal to help with refunds on returns.  

*If customer/consumer signs up for email subscription, please know that you will receive promotional emails from us. For example, sales promos and event announcements.
